Corn Paneer Paratha
Ingredients:
Wheat -1 cup
Makai ka atta-1 cup
Oil -1 tbsp
Lovage seeds - 1 tsp (ajwain)
Salt to taste
For the stuffing:
Paneer (crumbled) - 1 cup
Half crushed corn (boiled) -1cup
Green chilli-ginger paste - 1 tsp
Sambhar masala -1 tsp
Methi leaves (finely chopped) -2 tbsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
*Mix atta and ajwain along with enough oil.
*Add water to for a dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Divide into eight portions. Keep it aside.
*Mix all the ingreients for filling and divide into eight portions.
*Roll one portion of the dough, place one part of the filling in the centre. Fold fro all four sides to form a rectangle.
*Repeat with rest of dough and filling.
*Roast on hot tawa using ghee/butter till light golden.
*Serve hot with curds and pickle.
