Moti Mahal Dal
Ingredients:
250gm urad dal
50gm rajma
1 onion chopped
1pc ginger
3 tomatoes
6 kali of garlic
1 cup beaten curd
1 pinch of hing
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
2tsp ghee
1/2 tsp zeera
4 pc of red chilli
1/2tsp red chilli powder
METHOD:
*Soak rajma and urad dal overnight.
*Put them along with salt and 3 cups of water in a pressure cooker. Cover it with lid and wait for 3 whistles and simmer it for 15 minutes.
*Heat ghee in a kadahi. Put sabut red chilly and hing.
*Add garlic paste and fry it for minute.
* Now put onion, ginger paste, green chilly and cook for 1 minute.
*Add tomato and fry till done.
* Now add boiled dal. When dal is done, beat the curd and add. Mix well.
*When it becomes thicker, add garam masala and turn off the gas.
*Add cream and mix well. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
