Attractive Papri Raita

Ingredients:
1/2kg curd
1/2cup boondi (of gramflour)
1big boiled potatao cut into small pieces
1/2tsp red chilli powder
1tsp zeera powder(cumin seeds powder)
salt to taste
1 packet of papri
1/2cup imli ki chutney(tamarind)
fresh corriander

Method:
*Beat curd.
*Add boondi,boiled potatoes,salt,zeera & red chilli powder.
*Keep in shallow round dish in fridge.
*Pour imli ki chutney on papris.
*Put bunch of uncut corriander leaves in the centre of curd and make ring of red chilli powder surrounding it.
Serve immediately.
