Mooli Ka Paratha
Ingredients:
•1-1/2 Teacups wheat flour
• 1-1/2 Teacups maida
• 1 Teacup chopped spinach
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
• 2 Teacups radish grated
• 2 Green chopped chillies
• 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
• 1 tsp Salt
Method:
•Mix properly the spinach and lemon juice along with 2 tbsp of water in a liquidizer.
•Sieve the flour. Add ghee and stir it properly.
•Pour the spinach mixture into the flour and prepare semi-solid dough by adding sufficient water.
•Take radish and sprinkle little salt over it. Keep it aside for half an hour. Squeeze the water out.
•Add green chillies, coriander and salt.
•Roll out thin rotis out of the dough. Cook these rotis slightly on a tava and keep aside.
•Take one roti and spread the stuffing mixture.
•Make half moon shaped roti by folding it. Smear little ghee and cook both sides on a tava.
Mooli ka paratha is ready. Serve it with fresh curd or pickle.
