Lemon Rice

Ingredients
White Rice: 2 cups
Lemon juice: 4 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil: 6 tablespoons
Black Mustard Seeds (Mustard Seeds, Aavalu): 1/2 teaspoon
Curry Leaves: 15
Peanuts raw: 1/4 cup
Green Chilis: 4
Turmeric (Haldi powder): 1/2 teaspoon
Water: 3 1/2 cups

Method:
1. In a large bowl, add water and rice and cook until well done. Keep it aside.
2. Meanwhile in a large skillet, heat cooking oil on low heat.
3. To this add black mustard, peanuts, turmeric and fry till peanuts start to split.
4. Then add chopped green chilies, curry leaves and salt.
5. After three minutes remove from heat and add the lemon juice and stir.
6. To this add cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
