Rasmalai

Ingredients :
Milk - 1litre
Sugar - 1/4kg
Chenna - 3/4cup
Refined flour - 1tbs
Cardamom - 5,6nos

Method :

*Knead chenna and flour to make a soft dough.
*Make small balls from the dough and place cardamom seeds on the balls.
*Boil the milk and sugar. Cook the balls in the boiling milk. When the milk reduces to half its quantity, remove from fire and allow to cool.
