Baked Tikky Chaat(for 10 persons)

Ingredients:
500gm potatoes
1pc ginger chopped
4 pc of green chillies chopped
½ cup green coriander leaves
150 gm paneer
250gm kabuli chana(choley)
5 marie biscuit
1tsp salt
½ cup imli ki chutney
3tsp oil
Butter
Chat masala

Choley
250gm kabuli chana
2 big tomatoes juice
1 big onion
4 green chillies
4 flakes of garlic
50 gm imli
½ tsp jeera
2 bay leaves
1 dalchini flakes
100 gm oil
2tsp corinader powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
Chole masala
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric

Method of choley:
• Soak choley overnight .Soak imli in little water aside.
• In morning boil in pressure cooker adding soda.
• Make paste of onion,greenchillies,& garlic.take pan heat oil add jeera ,dalchini, bay leaves and then add paste fry it till golden brown.
• Now add all dry masalas and choley in fried paste and cook for 3min.
• When some water dry add tomato juice and imli juice.

Method of baked tikki:
• Boil potatoes and mash them.
• Mash paneer with hands and add in potatoes.
• Take pan heat oil add green chillies and ginger then add potatoes.
• Fry till little golden colden color comes then close gas.Add salt and chat masala in it .
• Take baking tray grease it with oil then put one layer of this potatoes then other layer of choley.Again add layer of potatoes,imli ki chutney and crush marie biscuits and add little butter over it.
• Now bake in oven on 250 degree for 20 min.Garnish with coriander & Serve hot.
