Spicy Corn Delight
Ingridients:
250gm half crushed boil corn
2 cup milk
1 medium Onion chopped
1tsp green chillies chopped
1tsp garlic chopped
1 medium chopped tomato
2tsp spinach
2tsp sugar
2tsp ghee
1tsp urad dal
1tsp chana dal
¼ cup kaju
Salt to taste
Curry leaves,
For garnishing: coriander leaves,grated coconut and sev
Method: Heat ghee.Add urad dal,chana dal and kaju and sauté till pink.
• Add curry leaves,onion,ginger,chillies and sauté till transaulent.
• Add spinach and corn sauté for 5 minutes.
• Add milk,sugar and cook till almost dry.
• Add salt & tomato and mix well.
• Add chopped coriander leaves and transfer into bowl.
• Garnish with coriander leaves,tomato,sev and grated coconut.
• Serve hot.
