Corn Potli

For Covering Ingredients:
2cup all purpose flour(maida)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For filling ingredients: 1cup half crushed boil corn
2tsp kaju
2tsp raisins
1tsp ginger garlic paste
3 to 4 green chillies chopped
1tsp amchur powder
½ tsp coriander powder
/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 potato boiled and mashed
Salt to taste
1tsp garam masala
3tsp coriander leaves


Method:
*Mix all ingredients of covering and prepare hard dough using water.
*Cover it with wet cloth and keep aside for 20 min.
*Mix all ingredients of filling and keep aside.
*Knead dough well and divide into small balls.
*Roll out on dusted flour board into small puris.
*Put spoonfool of filling in centre of each puri.
*Apply little water on edges and gather to seal well.
*Deep fry in hot oil till golden.Serve with chutney.
